I have always been a fitness fanatic, having had my very first gym membership at the age of 17!  In August of 2012, I decided to start sharing my love for health and fitness with others women and opened my private studio,YoloFitness. My philosophy is,proper form is essential for success when working out! It is the quality of training that influences your progress more than the quantity. This is why I keep my classes to no more then 6 girls, so I can make sure everyone is using proper form.

I came to see Claudia at Yolo for personal training and my first assessment on 11/1/2013. I weighed 137 lbs. and although I was active, I was far from fit. I wrote down my goals, I stuck with it, and the results are in! I went from a size 6, to a size 2. From 137 lbs., to 128 lbs. From wanting to nap every day, to being fully energized and outrunning the little rascals I nanny for. Over the last 6+ months, I shed 1.5" off my chest, 3" off my abs, 1.5" off my hips, 2.25" off my waist, and gained .5" on my biceps. I went from 23.86% Body Fat to 18.65%. This was not just a vain wedding goal, or a short term regimen, but an entire lifestyle change. My almost-husband is an incredible man and I want to bring him my absolute best now, and forever Thank you Claudia for empowering me and teaching me how to be disciplined, energized, and fully alive

Me and my two sisters have been going to YOLO Fitness for little over a month now. We wanted to start working out for so long but couldn't really find a personal trainer we felt comfortable with. But, one day one of our clients Karrie told us about Claudia and the moment we saw her picture we knew, we have found the one . 
She renovated her garage to small gym and the classes she offers are awesome. Boot-camps, TRX  and Core classes really helps to get more energy and strength.  Class sizes are small, so she gives more attention to each person and focuses on our form. Personally, I tried doing work out at the gym and at home on my own but due to wrong forms I used to get pain in my back and neck, but after training with Claudia she fixed my problems and taught me little tricks to help me with my pain.
