Not only through the importance of exercising appropriately, but also by making healthy food choices.. Incorporating these two tasks into your daily life, you will become happier, healthier, and have more energy to do the things you love!

I came to see Claudia at Yolo for personal training and my first assessment on 11/1/2013. I weighed 137 lbs. and although I was active, I was far from fit. I wrote down my goals, I stuck with it, and the results are in! I went from a size 6, to a size 2. From 137 lbs., to 128 lbs. From wanting to nap every day, to being fully energized and outrunning the little rascals I nanny for. Over the last 6+ months, I shed 1.5" off my chest, 3" off my abs, 1.5" off my hips, 2.25" off my waist, and gained .5" on my biceps. I went from 23.86% Body Fat to 18.65%. This was not just a vain wedding goal, or a short term regimen, but an entire lifestyle change. My almost-husband is an incredible man and I want to bring him my absolute best now, and forever Thank you Claudia for empowering me and teaching me how to be disciplined, energized, and fully alive
